The touch switch panel has a neutral wire and does not support a single live wire.

The device not stable connecting on App

1. Each router has connection limitations, but more and more smart devices are working in the family.

2. A lot of families are still using very old version routers, even more than 3 years old.

In order to have an excellent experience, the suggestion is:

1. reset the router connection limit

2. change to a new updated version router

3. please note these switches only work on a 2.4G WIFI network, not 5G.
